- Where can I find the sizes of the carpets?
Answer: We include the sizes of each carpet in the description next to each carpet on our website!
- The rug I wanted is no longer available. When will it be back in stock?
Answer: Each rug is unique, so as soon as a rug is sold, we won’t have that exact rug in stock again. However, we might have similar designs available, so feel free to email us at email@example.com to find out.
- Do you ship to customers outside of the United States?
Answer: Yes! Our flat international shipping rate is $200 for international orders.
- What is your return policy?
Answer: Unfortunately, due to the vintage nature of the carpets, we aren’t able to accept returns. Please see our terms and conditions and refund policy for more information.
- Can I pay in installments?
Answer: Yes! With Klarna you can pay in 4 interest-free instalments.
- Are you able to offer scheduled delivery dates?
- How often should I clean my rug?
Answer: Quality vintage rugs don’t require a lot of maintenance. You really only need to vacuum your rug once or twice a month, and every few months, flip the rug over and vacuum the backside. Try to avoid using a rotary vacuum, as that can wear down the fibers of the rug. Instead, use the suction attachment, vacuuming side-to-side instead of fringe-to-fringe in order to avoid destroying the fringe finish. A good way to know when your rug needs to be professionally cleaned is by beating a section of the rug. If you see dust clouds, it’s time to get your rug professionally cleaned. This will typically be every three to five years.
- How do I clean my rug?
Answer: Vintage rugs do not like moisture, so part of keeping them in good shape is leaving any sort of washing to professionals. The only time you should be taking any liquid cleaner to your vintage rug is to spot clean a stain.
